This is a version of the website used for Bond Design & Co's website portfolio. The clients existing website may be different as constant changes are happening and some client make their own changes which we are not in control of most of the time.
This capital structure allows for greater flexibility, for decisions to be made quickly and for bespoke investment strategies to be developed for each investee company, uniquely tailored to their market potential and management team. In this way, a sustainable business is created.
Mutually rewarding relationships with clear alignment from the outset between all shareholders and management is the overall objective and has underpinned all our successes to date.
Alignment with the senior management team is essential. We expect that senior management will continue to hold equity which will significantly increase in value during our period of joint ownership. We would also expect that senior management would have the opportunity to acquire more shares based on the performance of their business and budgeted figures being met.
Committed to long-term growth built on effective relationships, Cheadle Capital Partners is not constrained to deploying funds within a particular timeframe nor to realising value within a timescale of two or three years (unlike many private equity investors who raise a fund from third-parties). Disposals of investee companies are therefore made when the time is right both for the company and its shareholders.
